Tweethaha i like how this thread started out nice, then violent, and then went kinda back towards the nice but slightly violent side. 8packguy had 6 total posts, theres some other guy who went into each forum and made the same post called, "awesome transformation, any tips for a new guy?" he just started working out probably as a new year resolution and then gave up. 8packguy came on for a little ego boost, he knows he has decent abs and nothing else. Show those new pics you have if you have gotten so much bigger 2 years later, clown. 8packguy, why dont you look at the other 2 guys that posted their pics on here, NOW THEMS BE SOME ABS

just starting working on mine down from 255lbs this spring to 230's and doing crunchs watching diet.
With bad diet they can sure disapear fast.
