TweetStats: 6'7", 318 lbs. Training 20+ off and on, 7 years bodybuilding. Finished 2nd cycle tren/prop 3 weeks ago. I'm cutting now, goal is to get down to 280.

TweetI would love to get down to 250, without losing too much muscle mass. I started cutting 2 weeks ago, cut the carbs down to under 200 gram a day, uped my protien. Also doing cardio 5 days a week, I'm keeping it at around a 11 min mile, for 3.5 miles.

TweetBetween now and September, 280. Should put me around 10% or less. After that I'll do a fall/winter bulker and next spring I'll cut again. I'm not going to take it too low, if I made it down to 250, that would up me under 3%.
My tren/prop cycle will start in a few weeks and it should be easyer to drop the weight.
