TweetHey fellow pumpers, here is a pic taken today 3/16/04 of myself at (damn) 5 months into my 40th birthday. Did my first cycle at 39 consisting of 250 test enth wk 1-10, tren 75 eod wk 3-12. Currently into second week of 500 test enth wk 1-12, EQ 400 per wk wk 1-12. Plan on running one cycle a year of light doses to make up for getting to be 40. Been lifting solid for 20 years. Stats are 5-9, 217 lbs, guessing 8-10% bf. Weightlifting is the true fountain of youth. Thanks for all the great advice I have found.
