Tweetthanks for the replies... yeah ive finally got the technique down for deadlifts.... my waist is still the same (32in)... although the pic looks like its much bigger. I'm attaching a more current pic. i'm 197 in this one... i'm 6 foot even 23 years old.
TweetHey bro gotta say its inspiring to see your pics. Thats what I want to look like. I started on creatine in early december and went from 160lbs to 177 now. I work every body part once a week. But I look nothing like you. Everythings getting sorta bigger but my Tri's don't seem to do anything. Any tips? Also have you always been defined like that? By the way I'm cycled off creatine now and for those that wonder I'm 6'4.
