I'm a friend of the Ascended Asian and besides a few minor differences I follow his training en nutrition regime. I started training in march of this year after a serious injury in my right shoulder. For a year and a half i wasn't able to train(except for legs, which I trained 3 times a week) Before my injury i trained serious about a year and a half but i had no idea what i was doing regarding training and nutrition.
