Bench: 370 (Just short of Lock-out) (raw) 225x24 275x15 300x8 315x7 325x5 335x3.75 (all raw)
Deadlift: 510 off the floor, 565 from lowest setting on power rack
Beast Lift (a deadlift with the bar behind the legs): 590 off the floor,725 off the power rack on lowest setting
Incline Barbell Press: 360lbsx1 (raw) 275x11 225x20 315x6 335x2.75
Some Short-term Goals:
Flat Bench Press: 405 unassisted and raw by december
Rack Lock-outs: 500 Soon!
Incline Barbell Press: 405 unassisted by april
Deadlift: 600 off the floor by april , 700 off the lowest setting on power rack
Beast Lift (a deadlift with the bar behind the legs) : 650 off the floor by april, 800 off the lowest setting on power rack
