TweetWell I have been trying to nail down my split right now!! I work Biceps/shoulders, tris/chest, legs/back and work abs everyother day!! I run on my lunch hours and if it's tooo cold I get up at 5:30 and ride my recumbant bike for 30 mins!! We don't have gym here so I do it in my house, I use a cable machine(york 2000), dumbells, curl bar and straight bar!! Usually do 3-4 sets of each exercise and lift as heavy as I can till failure!! But here's a question maybe I should be putting this into another forum but I really want some defining but I know that diet is key and I am working on that but I gain muscle very easily so maybe I should be doing lighter weight with higher reps???Originally posted by Aragorn

I am a farm girl to I train horses and do alot of horseback riding(bareback awesome for the legs) and do alot of physical work and have all my life, I just started seriously with the weights the last 2 months!!

If you want more definition you may want to look for some cutting drugs, of course, if you are completely healthy and don't mind using a little pharmaceuptical help. Something like a little T3, may be Clenbuterol and/or ECA.
If you don't feel like messing with that stuff, you yourself said it - diet is the key! and activity level, of course.
