      The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

      Well it's good to see that you're enjoying yourself and your workouts even if they're at home. I know a couple of people are home gym gurus so if you ever get stuck on an exercise you like to do at home just ask.

      About dropping down to lighter weight and higher reps...just keep going strong with what you're working with. Since you're just starting to get really serious your muscles are taking a liking to the workouts but you'll notice that eventually the weight will stop to rise and then the definition starts to come out. Enjoy.

      stay away from the t-3 (cytomel). it is a type of thyroid horomone, that strips fat as welll as muslce away, unless you are on quite a bit of anabolics. as for ECA, xenadrine that has effedrine in it is an ECA stack. E phederine C affeine A spriin

      Not anymore unfortunately. An old girlfriend of mine had a horse and I used to ride with her all the time. She taught me how to ride, but when she went, so did the horse hehe.

      Nope not short!!! LOL!!! My abs come along nicely, it's the legs and thighs that I am always working at!! I am getting ready for the bikini to I am going houseboating in June for my stagette and then wedding in July so I have some goals to work for!! That dam old winter fat always hard to get rid of!!
