WHATS GOING ON GUYS .
I'M 22 YRS OLD 5'10" 220 LBS BODY FAT % I'LL SAY 20%
I WORK OUT 4 DAYS A WEEK AND WOULD LIKE TO GET TO AT LEAST 10% BODY FAT. i DROP 14 LBS IN THE LAST 4 WEEKS BY DOING CARDIO 3 X WEEK PLUS I BEEN TAKING LIPO 6. MOST OF MY WEIGHT IS ON MY HUMANGUS LOVE HANDLES. I CHANGE MY EATING AROUND ALSO WHICH HELPED ALOT. I SEEM TO HOLD A LOT OF WEIGHT ON MY CHEST AND STOMACH AREA WHAT CAN I DO, SHOULD DO, OR TAKE TO HELP.
