DAY 1 CHEST
DAY 2 BACK
DAY 3 ARMS
DAY 4 LEGS
DAY 5 SHOULDERS
ITS THE BEST ROUTINE YOU CAN DO!! I perform between 20-25 sets for each bodypart! It only takes 45 min. to do!!
One more thing Big N I need a big ego because its punks like you that need a reality check!
