TweetI wish, like i said in 1 of the earlier posts, i eat very clean, i have'nt had a cheat meal in so long that i cant even remember the last time... But i know that maybe 1 in the last 2 years, and thats not exaggerated.. I also love fitness, i 2 tai-bo classes a week and i try to run or ride the bike eod, plus my weight training.. TweetHey bro. I don't know if you were wanting any constructive criticism or not.. but I thought I'd offer some if you're interested. First off.. you look great.. particularly your abs and chest. If you're at all interested in aesthetics, might I suggest you work on bringing up your lats and delts. You have a very wide and blocky waist and you would have a wicked ass V-taper if you brought those 2 up. Anyways.. keep up the good work!

TweetI don't think you could be doing TOO many side crunches.. most likely it's just your genetic build to have a wide waist. Try bringing up your shoulders, traps, and lats in particular. This will broaden your upper body and make your waist look a bit smaller.
