TweetThat is a great picture, and no socks! Were you staying at that house in the background? If so, can I visit?
TweetThanks Aragorn. I've put on some mass since then (good and bad) but it is a great shot of me. That doesn't happen very often. I have a friend that is into photography.....and she made me her victim. I have some more that turned out pretty nice as well.
I can't wait to get my BF back down. I am down to 130 as of today. It's coming. Slowly but surely.

I love women. That's why I'm married and my steady girlfriend lives with me. I've quit my players ways. Love is the most powerful force in the Universe. Use the power by clicking on the Rep icon.

"Experiencing this pain in my muscles and aching and going on and on is my challenge. The last three or four reps is what makes the muscles grow. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It's not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I'm OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. So they don't pass out. They don't go on."
