looking good bro my chest was hard to build up also but i did 3-4 sets of flat incline and decline presses for5-6 reps as heavy as you can stand it and then go a step futher and incline flys , with deck flys as heavy as you can then up it agin 3-4 sets 5-6 reps sometimes all icould do was 3 reps but a cycle later my chest caught up with the rest of me now that is the only way i train my chest
