As for my ab routine... I usually do abs 2 to 3 times a week. It consist of crunches, hanging leg raises, crunches on the ball and 2 ab machines at the gym. I get the best burn from crunches on the ball.
I eat about 185 to 200 grams of protein a day. This may seem a little high for me but, I'm trying to gain muscle and I have a really high metabolism so, I have to eat so, I don't burn muscle.
Yes, I do squats. I also do lunges on the smith machine for my tushy!! lol
