TweetI know, no leg shots. I did them a lot. All I did was deads and squat related lifts to put this weight on.
TweetThis progression is of me making my my first real jump in progress. I trained with iron addict and put this weight on doing all low volume westside style lifting. I really evened myself out too. One side was a lot smaller that the other but as I put on weight I evened out. Progression shows at least a 25lb-35lb gain over a year and a half. I want to go back to that style of lifting but it doesn't feel like your doing much! I was 24 and ran one cycle of enathate during this time.

TweetNice changes bro, look great for 24 in the pics
TweetLooking buff bro
TweetThanks man, too bad I have so many hobbies and didn't keep the ball rolling. 10 years later that's about where I'm at with a good 6 month streak of training naturally.
It's tough training 9 months on 3 months off. I gain fast and lose it faster! With 3 months no training you can barely tell I ever lifted..lol..I'm gearing more towards training year round now. If I hit up some gear I'd blow past that point easy.
TweetGreat progress in such a short time, bro get on the syrup and lift year round. Why cant you do it all year, because of your job or something?
TweetHunting is my job, fishing is my job, I get crazy into all my hobbies including the gym when I get after it. Usually by Sept hunting season rolls around and I'm burnt from training from Jan to sept.
I am an all or nothing type so when I can't hit it right I really fall off the wagon. I am learning balance and definitely not going to slide as much. As I get older I am appreciating being in shape more so it's really motivating. I will definitely get after it bro, thanks
TweetImpressive, reminds me of my first run, crazy gains.
Tweetnice pictures, your bigger then you probably give yourself credit for. the bulk look, I love it.

TweetLike guns said it is a powerlifting routine , usually really low volume that focuses on increasing the big 3 lifts. I did a modified version that had some volume added.
All the training done is geared towards increasing your bench, dead, squat.
For example if you were training tris, you would be to training them to lock out your bench, not to make them grow per day. The growing was just the end result.
You pretty much train pressing one day, then posterior chain work the next. Some versions alternated dynamic work with max effort work.
It's a lot of, board presses, floor presses, banded bench, box squats, rack pulls, chains, pull thrus, reverse hyper if you are lucky enough to find that machine, etc....was fun at the time until my lower back let go on a dead lift
When I get back I will post up a real simple 3 day modified Westside split that worked really well for me.
