Hey FG family, the Boss Lady has requested that I please post up some pictures of my better half Darlin' Nikki here on FG as she has been on a long journey to compete in her first ever figure competition(s). She is one week out from her first one which we are doing as a warm up/get the butterflies out of the system before her main show on July 12th. Seriously you must be reading my mind. I have been thinking about you two for 2 days now wishing you would put up a thread. I was going to PM and ask if she is seriously grumpy yet? LOL. Diva will help you on the picture posting, I had the same problem. I had to sign up at 'Photobucket.com' and then upload to there and copy to my thread. Diva is an expert PM her.

Ok, here we go...this picture and the following ones were taken two days ago while prepping Nikki's food in the morning, she is at 10% bodyfat now, or just a little less...I will post the test results if I can...so here is another shot of her 1 week out from her first show...

Yes guns she is doing figure, and yes we do not want her to get below 6-7% bodyfat otherwise yes she would be in more of a physique condition...but I think we are there for this show at about 9-10%. Yeah lets see what the judges say in this show and we can make some tweaks for the July 12 show which will be 5 weeks out from next weekend. I will post up some pictures of her posing in her suit when we get it back from the seamstress. Her abs have always been her favorite to train, kind of hard to hide them at this point lol.

Just replied to a PM Rake sent me...thanks for the compliments as she is a warrior like you, and doesn't plan on quitting anytime soon. After 4 pm today all starchy carbs go bye bye and we will carb load her starting Wednesday. Funny thing for guns & I it is easy to get ready for a competition...tan, pick color of banana hammock, shave, oil up, get on stage...with the ladies their is tan, hair, nails, stage make-up, eyelashes, jewelry, shoes, the EXPENSIVE suit, so much more to get stage ready so this week will be very busy!!! She will do well, and for the next one too...so stay tuned as soon as the suit comes back from the seamstress today and additional rhinestones have been added, she will practice posing in the suit and heels and I will take some more shots of her and post.
