Thanks brother!!! Just need to be eating more myself...once we are done with Nikki's comp then we will get me dialed. It has been more rewarding to be able to do this for her, she has been a great student per say, and it has been awesome to do this as a couple...like I said Norm said it is very rare for a wife/husband team to do as well as we did...I love it and love her...so proud!!!

Thanks Trixie!!! She had a day to enjoy some of her favorite foods...well mostly cheesecake...but back to contest prep today and trained legs...she squatted 225lbs for 12 reps, not bad for coming off a contest prep week...my warrior iron girl!!!

TweetOK, Been thinking about you for a few days now and thinking you are not too far out on Nikki's show. She may be pissed that you have been prepping someone elses' food too, hope you are getting paid to feed them. If I was in a MOOD I'd be terrible about now. Pretty sure that Nikki is in perfect shape for the time line she has to the show date and can't wait to see the results. Posing practice has probably been a treat as well. LOL. Rake wants to place a bet, can anyone tell me where to get a line on this one?? Love to you Both.

Well yes we are 11 days out from the show, and yes before I agreed to do food prep for these others I do see your point Trixie...but she has been good aside from yes the dieting for so long, and just staying positive as she has more nerves for this show as many are coming to watch and support. She is #1...always will be, she is going to do phenomenal...we met with another posing coach yesterday to fine tune some things and practicing after dinner tonight. It is the hardest part of the whole process yes, but when she hits those poses right...WOW!!! So we are on track, she weighed in at 132.5 lbs this morning, she is lean and yes MEAN!!! We will keep you all updated, have her macros and prep week mapped out well, getting all the other stuff lined up...so we are on track!!! Thanks for checking in and supporting her...so what is the bet Rake wants in on???

T-minus 4 days left until the BIG show...just had posing practice again today, Nikki's posing is night and day from her last show, her stage presence will be excellent, just need to keep her smiling...hardest part!!! She came up to me while training today and said she felt like crying, I just reiterated to her that this is the home stretch, she has been kicking ass for months getting dialed, she has been dieting and contest prep for a while now...but it will all pay off come Saturday!!! She is torn about our oldest daughter who is not doing well, but wants to have her there at the show to keep trying to reach out to her...told her perfectly fine, just no drama with her "homies" coming or anything. Not going to deprive Nikki of anything else at this point...it is all about her!!! She is on only 30 grams of carbs taken PWO, 30 grams or less of fat, rest of her 1330 calories coming from Tilapia & chicken breast...tomorrow NO CARBS, lots of protein, then carb loading on Thursday & Friday. Saturday morning she will have a fun meal of Honey Nut Cheerios for carbs before prejudging, then we will assess her conditioning too...all the fun stuff that will make her look phenomenal and better than the last show this time around.

Thanks Trixie for the words of encouragement and insight of a woman, Nikki is #1 no matter what...and she knows this, I remind her everyday!!!

Now daughters can be a pain; maybe she can just ask her to come alone and do her make-up. It may work, sometimes girls want to be needed even when they say and act the opposite. I have a 25 yr old daughter and have a little experience with rebellion. Either way make sure she knows there are very many friends cheering her on and that we would love nothing more than she take it by a landslide. Keep up the good work these last days and post the pictures as soon as you can, that's my favorite part. Love and prayers.

You rock!!! Thanks...and yes our oldest is 21, she is on her own path, but yes Nikki & I will talk to her and hopefully she will agree to the terms, I just don't want any unnecessary stress or drama.

TweetAlright, we are T-minus 2.5 days til Nikki's show, these pictures were taken tonight during her posing practice...we got her routine down, her mandatories are night and day compared to the last show, her stage presence will be better, her conditioning, and her confidence!!! She is on target and basically ready!!! We carb load her tomorrow and Friday while dropping water to when she is only thirsty...been drinking up to 1.5 gallons a day for last 3 days...all she could really get down, she was guzzling!!! I can't wiat to see her on Saturday morning...pull that water and she will be a force this time...undeniable to the judges!!!

The row machine at our gym for 20 minutes a day after the stair master for 30 minutes really brought out her back this time around, excellent way to get it diced!!!
