I just eat like I do because I like the food and I know I won't gain fat eating like that. the test doesn't play role in how i eat.

Tweeta little set back. January 2014 I had spinal fusion surgery. I went to see my doc Thursday because I was having nerve pain again. he took X-rays and found that 2 of the 4 titanium screws broke. now my bone has shifted back to irritating my sciatic nerve causing a lot of pain. he said he doesn't want to do surgery because he doesn't know how he'd get the screws out and that he'd might have to go through my side instead of my back to get to the location to install new hardware. he said its invasive won't operate. he wanted to refer me to a pain specialist to take pain meds the rest of my life. I said no way. so I'm in the process of getting a second opinion. I think he's too inexperienced to do corrective surgery. I think the screws broke either
because the screws are deductive, they were put in at the wrong angle. or the bone wasn't fully fused when he told me I could return to my normal life activities which was 6 weeks post surgery.
6 weeks post surgery
