TweetGood luck man I'll be following along for sure.
TweetHey team,
Alright, it has been a tough month, I was away for two weeks, and only trained 3-4 times.
I am clear of travels, and I am ready to go.
I am 233lbs right today and those pics. I am still aiming at 240lbs in the next 2 weeks. then I will start to cut this beeyatch.
Starting monday 3 x 30 min cardio sessions, along with 4-5 workouts.
Currently running:
tnt 1200
supertest 800
prop 500
npp 600
30ius slin post workout
Caloric intake roughly around 5500
I have a very good NCP actual competitior prepping me for this one, I have been following his success over the last 2 years, and i really like this guy.
He already modified my workouts, and including some slight meal change plans.
My goal is to hit stage at 201 this time. but the decision will be all his, if I should stay heavy, or go lightheavy.
My goal with him is to put me in an over all winning. Which he has 6 of them in the last 8 years, so he knows his shit.
I am overly exited for this comp...from then on onto nationals
Comments from the fellas here would be awesome.
Lets prep this one together!!

TweetSo, are you saying you are taking 3100mg a week of shit? Plus you take 30iu of slin post work out?
Have you ever won your weight class in a nice size NPC show? If you have great I'm trying to get
a feel for the level you are at. That high of dose IMO is way over the top. Again IMO.
So, how old are you? How tall?
Have you ever been to nationals?
I tell many guys just because you placed 1st or 2nd in a NPC NQ
Does not mean you are anywhere near the national level.
Now if you have plenty of extra cash to go it is a EYE opener
Some thoughts: currently you have no visible abs.
So why add 7 pounds more of fat over the next two weeks?
To just go into a cut cycle? I don't care if you build 1# of muscle your body will not hold
It after just 14 days being on your body.
Goal to be 201#? If you are 201 then you must drop to 198#
To win a show you have to beat all class winners. So, bringing your
Best conditioning with full muscle bellies is your best. So don't
Get hung on a number get hung on having ripped glutes.
Keep working on weak spots on that body. Like upper chest, broader back
& wheels.
Best of luck.

Thank you for the comment bro, I respect you a lot. It means a lot.
I have been to nationals once, but remember that i am in Canada and NOT U.S.A , if that makes any difference.
I have qualified on two occassions to provincials, which is before nationals, and placed top 2-3 in those two competitions.
My body responds good to moderate dosages. I have run very big cycles in the past, this is a medium dosage for me.
I can't survive on 1000 mgs of test, or 1500mgs, even with the same food intake, and same workout regime, i won't respond.
Abs? I just went from 198 to 235 in a matter of 12-16 weeks. Kind of hard to show abs right now. But when I cut down, I do have a good set.
I fully agree, striated glutes WIN shows, and I always aim at this bro.
This is why this time around, I found a very very strong competitor and contest prep guru. To show me step by step how to do this thing.
I am paying him good money, so I did not cut corners there.
You are right, IF I have to drop to 195 and be in the middle of lightheavy then let it be bro. The scale is a number, but glutes and an amazing body is what will win the show.
I hope to have your support all the way from here on, and as ALWAYS your comments are very respected and appreciated.

TweetI gotta say if you have only had 12-14 weeks to put on that weight as soon as you start dieting its gonna come right back off. Why don't you take 6-8 months to solidify those gains or maybe even make more before you start dieting.
Tweetgood luck .
TweetGo get em Born!!! You did great last time and you wil again this time!!!

I competed late last summer, and then I literally took time off from eating properly, was only training a few times per week. I was 205
Feb 2013 I cycled for 5 months hard. Went from 205 to 238
I stopped, did 2 months PCT, and dropped to 220
Took one more month off
Jumped back on 30 days ago, went from 220 to 233 right now
So I started at 220lbs and now at 233 and clibming to 240ish.
I am generally 210-215 natural when i don't juice or even follow a good meal plan.
I have built this since 8 years ago....back when I was marely 200lbs struggling. So my own bodyweight natural now a days is 220.
Everything seems to be working right, I just need to start pre now 24 weeks out, slowly modifying a few things here and there.
Most people prep 12 weeks out, or 14....I believe that NUMBER one starts to prep 20 or more weeks out.

Tweetgood luck bro. i'll be following along. isn't 198 lbs around the top of the weight class? it's been a while since i've competed so i kinda forget
everything said and done here is for entertainment purposes only. i don't even really workout i just pretend like i do so i can have big friends
TweetI agree a 20 week diet should have you peeled.
My point about the abs was they are very covered now.
So, in two weeks that just means more cover. More to remove.
I see your pic I know you have abs. My thought was just based on
nothing to be gained by adding fat.
I forgot you were in Canada. You guys have some different shit going on up
there. But you can come down and compete in the North Americans if you want right?
Do you have to get permission from your federation to compete in the USA?
Best of luck,
GC
