TweetGreat job b2j!!! Fly here, I need a trainer,lol
TweetHello team,
As some of you may know, I own a personal training business. I run it live, and I do not offer online advise.
I have 4 clients going into comp this next few months. 3 girls going to Provincial level comps, and 1 guy doing his level 1.
Here he is. currently 169lbs, he is around 5;8 I believe. First time competing.
We started at 186, when I first took him in.
Ketosis for the last 7 weeks, 3 weeks to go until he his stage.
WE just dropped calories a few days ago, and we just upped the cardio to 2 hours ED around week 6, plus 1 hour training as well.
I don't want him peaking too soon!
Stage at 160lbs

TweetLooks good but damn that's a lot of cardio especially on a natural competitor. How long is his prep? Is he time crunched?
TweetHe is 1000% natural for sure.
But Even on deep ketosis he is not where I would want him to be at 3 weeks out. I cut out a few hundred calories this past week and upped his cardio--he is doing lvel 3 and level 5 on the stepper.
His biggest assests are his quads and I am not seeing them dial in at 3 weeks out.
So I will run the new changes for the next 7 days and gauge the following move.
Baby1 I am sure FUZO takes good care of you and your training or is he too busy listening to that other chicks needs and wants D:
