      weve actually added width to his back while he was in prep all the way up to 6 weeks out so 2 weeks ago he was still gaining mass. its very impressive how well hes grown and shaped into his skin. we do triple sets for growth and cutting and they have been a key to his gaining while cutting. hes always had a more blocky waste and we shrunk that in too while on gh : ) p.s. hes a light weight so hes going to destroy his class. hes weighing 160 right now 4 weeks out and has to make 156 for weigh ins.... this guy is a beast. and will for sure be on the 212 pro circuit here soon...

      that is correct dvr i just had a client take 1st in his mens physique class couple weeks back. he didnt have the legs to do bbing but i still give him respect for wanting to just compete in general. this was his first show and he almost took overall just one point away cause the ding dong kept looking at his feet and not the judges lol conditioning was by far the best though. shape was best too. just didnt have the smile and stage presence. but hell first time show and 1st place trophy... yea hes happy lol he was on cloud nine haha
