amounts of protein.. This is me getting to my natural plateau. I am now going to push beyond into beast-dom :P

Also just picked me up some ABB Extreme XXL and MassTech drink mixes 1390 and 1180 cals per drink(yes, I use all 4 scoops) to test them out... Boy do I miss the old GNC WeightGain 2200 gold...
Any suggestions on good weight gain shakes??? I am talking more than 800 calories.... ???

TweetShakes are good bro but they aren't make or break ya. I personally get all my calories from whole foods. I take one, maybe 2 shakes a day but I only think of them as "adding" to my foods. I don't get my protein and calories from shakes. I just use them to add to. I drink one always after WO. 2-1 carb to protein ratio. I'm 178 5'8" and way thicker than you but I'm not saying that to talk shit... I say that cuz i was 145-150 forever until I decided to put the shakes down and start eating. Everyone want to get big but no one wants to eat. Or they think they eat alot and u ask em " how many meals a day they eat " and the answer is alot so u ask again and the answer goes to " I eat all day long " but really they don't realize they aren't eating enough. First time i actually said **** it, I'm gonna eat 5 meals today I was surprised on how hard that was. Meals bro. It's not as easy as u think. And snacking in between. Anyways this is my first post. I belong to a grip of forums. Seen a supermod here had this site as his signature on another board so I decided to check it out. Caddy I gotta ask, u doing this natural? Jw. U hot a solid base. The way I jumped nearly 40 lbs naturally in round 3 1/2 years was pushing heavy weight ( not too heavy, like 4-5 reps ) ... Trust me, ive got the same metabolism....I've been eating non stop for 4 years lol. It's a race but is seems to slow as u put it on from my exp but if I don't eat the way I do i be down to 165 eventually. I'm 178 benching over 315lb. Not extraordinary but not bad either. Eat bro. Eat eat eat, when u can't eat another bite.....eat some more lol. Try 5 solid meals a day. U'll gain. Dont focus too hard on shakes, take em, but add them to 5 meals a day to start
