Tweetnice! quads looking thick. do you count protein shakes as a meal?
TweetSome of the older members might remember what I used to look like. I have changed from that 180lb guy to 220lbs and as I have a lot more leaning up to do I have put on a lot of size in the last year. I have learned a lot over the last 10 years being on this board. Thanks for everyone's help in my journey. I might compete next year but I think I need to wait till 2015. 2 more years of putting on mass. I bulked up to 238lbs in January and started cutting the fat off. I bounce from 216 to 220. I'm taking in 6-7 meals a day. Roughly 3,000 calories and around 150-200 carbs. 3 days of cardio is all I'm doing. I'm really focusing on my legs. My squat is around 455lb max 2 times. and Deadlift is 515lbs 1 time. Legs is my favorite and back is my second. I have added in doing Triceps twice a week to get them caught up.

TweetNo, I don't do a lot of shakes.
Morning 2 wheat waffles PB little jelley
4-5 Eggs or a Protein Shake
Workout 8:00 - 9:15
10:00 I'm at the store eating every 2 -3 hours
7oz of meat 4oz of veggies
Might have a protein shake and if I do it's Iso-100 by Dymatize 106 calories 25g of protein.
At night when I get home I have Fish and Rice or chicken and sweet potato's.
Tweetah man i gotta get back in it, iam losing my appetite bc i am eating less meals but bigger portions, 7 oz of chicken sounds bearable compared to 10 or 11oz.
TweetYeah when I bulk up I eat more meat. But I'm cutting down and still getting in the protein I need. I haven't lost my strength. I have often set and looked at a plate of food, chewed a little, look at it some more, eat a little. It gets old.
TweetLooking great!
TweetNice job!!

TweetMy gym made a little crossfit/posing room and those are pull up bars with TRX bands if you are talking about the profile pic. I never use that stuff.
