I have changed from that 180lb guy to 220lbs and as I have a lot more leaning up to do I have put on a lot of size in the last year. I have learned a lot over the last 10 years being on this board. Thanks for everyone's help in my journey. I might compete next year but I think I need to wait till 2015. 2 more years of putting on mass. I bulked up to 238lbs in January and started cutting the fat off. I bounce from 216 to 220. I'm taking in 6-7 meals a day. Roughly 3,000 calories and around 150-200 carbs. 3 days of cardio is all I'm doing. I'm really focusing on my legs. My squat is around 455lb max 2 times. and Deadlift is 515lbs 1 time. Legs is my favorite and back is my second. I have added in doing Triceps twice a week to get them caught up.
