Been eating candy like a madman, cookies, donuts, everything. Got bloated as hell now, but will cut down again before june hits, don't want to be to heavy in the summer.

TweetStats, as of yesterday, 6'0. 234lbs, arms 18.3 , waist still at 31(thanks god) Calves are at 18.2, bloated as hell from d-bol, man talk about blowing up from it, damn you would not recognize me from a week ago. Thick as hell with all the definition gone. But i will cut down , cardio 5x a week, sunday-friday, low glycemic carbs with 3000 cals max per day, weekends fri and sat 5000 cals, all carbs , sugars etc, no restrictions on diet on fri and sat. Should start droping weight this week again do to restriction of carbs and cals, i went all out to reward myself, by eating anything i see in sight. Now back to 7-8 meals a day , time intervals, from early am to late pm, back to bodybuilding life style sort of speak. I will post more pics, still waiting from photographer from the actual show.
