Tweetlast ones were 6 weeks out from a show that i ended up getting too sick to do but man i was getting so close and looking soo full still. its too bad i ended up in the hospital too many times to make it my best show. but this year will be my time!... i hope lol

first pic to second i was about 10-15 lbm difference. stage weight of first pic was 192 and second pic was me at 211 : ) i roll deep with my legs, personal best was 585 for a triple on squats and yes it was all the way down to 90 degree bend. i have vids of it on utube for proof ; )

a fellow wheel man. i got some pretty sick and nasty legs too man. i compete in the upper 220s lower 230s myself. i will get some pics up here when i hit the halfway point of my prep for the spring. it's nice to see someone else that is complete with full legs though.

right now im sitting at 195 natural, natural being because me and my girl were trying to conceive in which we found out a few weeks ago she is 6 weeks pregnant as of right now: ). juice is going to be kicked back on here soon!!!! as of pics i was 192 in first one and 211 in second. im 5'8"

hell ya brutha ive been rolling wheels since hs. i loved squatting while all the other kids were puss** and just wanted to bench and curl. i need to work on getting my arms up to par as they tend to lack in size. ive had judges tell me my arms dont create a flaw in my physique but i still want some big pipes on me soon! as for having a fellow competitor thats stacked at 220 230 man id love to play with and bounce ideas off each other!!

my good man i think we may have been cut out of the same cookie cutter. i was also squatting and deadlifting while everyone else was chasing the bench press. i am always around sir and i am all about trading and learning new stuff myself. i am making the run at the north americans or the masters nationals this year and i just started dieting for the spring shows myself.
