you doing the masters nationals man? i am contemplating hitting it myself but a weight class or 3 higher than you of course

Tweetfirst thing we're changing this year is my rep range...i'm still training H.I.T. 1 set per exercise, but shooting for 15-20 reps...much of which will be rest-pause to get there depending on exercise and how i feel...some exercises straight reps to get there...i'm already strong so really no need to keep getting stronger with low reps and risk injury as i near 40

Tweettweaked my low back doing rack deads today (again)...everytime deads or squats...i think my hips are shifted...only did 315x20 (had to regrip at 18 and with straps)...still light enough but lower back pulled again...i'll definitely be training abs more often now and never again train too soon after eating (couldn't keep midsection tight enough i'm sure added to the pull
