i think when this cycle is done... i will take some time off with the gear, leave my diet about the same (its clean 5 days a week, and 80% protine) and try and alter my work outs to lean up even more.... the problem there is time...... i was thinking of trying to cut my weight sessions down to about 30 min that way i could do cardio 45 min 5 days a week..... I guess the lifting plan is to do only 2 major exercises per muscle, but hit it for 5-6 sets, in the 4-8 rep range...... and take most sets to failure.....
then, maybe in May go back on either Fina only or Fina/winny..........
i am currently at 204-206 and I am guessing about 9% .... I would like to be around 210 and 7%....... I think that would turn some heads...... I already have a relatively lean frame....
Im wondering what most of my progress came from, the EQ or fina...... I know the EQ is slow acting, but about 2 weeks after i started the fina, i was getting comments in the gym about how i looked bigger.........
