      Looking good man. I am in the same boat as far as family, work, and motivation go. I too have a kick ass workout partner pushing me and I really need it. Trying to do the same for him too. You really have to make some sacrifices to get to competition level. You've done well bro!

      Thank you - I encourage you to set your priorities in your fitness quest. For me, I have a hierarchy that I keeps me grounded and ensures I'm not sacrificing my family for my goals. Mine is God, Family, work (i'm fortunate enough to own my business), Others and then my fitness goals. As long as I keep that perspective, I'm successful. You can't neglect your resposibilities to advance your goal, but you can sure rearrange you schedule to achieve it! Keep at it and get at it!!

      Alright, weighed in at 215.5 this am. Water is up to 2 gallons a day. Dropping test. Diet is high protein no carbs no fats. Here are the board shorts.

      No I guess I'm looking for some reassurance on the trunks. Wasn't really my favorite, but I'm hoping they show well. Bright colors are not my forte. Neither is fashion per se.

      About to head in for AM cardio. Fasted 30 MIN - HIIT, or I may end up doing 45 MIN - LISS - I've got either a stress fracture or bone bruise on the left foot that's starting to really affect me.

      Pics this morning look about the same as yesterday, I'll put one up later. Still hanging in at 216lbs. Water consumption was over 2 gallons yesterday and my salts were up a bit too.
