Tweetwell only 2nd day in the gym this week last night wasnt great since I'm a bit run down but felt okay. strength is picking up even with being tired. endurance was down a bit I assume bc of my lack of training this week. I leave for the vacay home this afternoon so going to try an fit in a mini back workout today before leaving. On another note fr those who are using gh and trying to figure out the best way to transport preloaded pins I've found the way. I use to just put the pin next to an ice pack in my cooler and go to work. Latley I've been using a big tall 90ct script bottle it fits the pin in perfect and keeps it supper cold in the cooler, even colder than before somehow. Also it protects it from falling over and moving around and possibly pushing the plunger by hitting stuff in my cooler. I have to up the cals which will start Monday going up to 3,300 now so hopefully waistline stay tight.

Tweetfinally this Xmas dieting temptations are gone. feeling great, down a couple lbs from thi weekend and not eating as I should of. great gym day today, and started a new split on Sunday so that's cool.

Tweetincorporating some dirty bulk into my bulking now, I guess the t3 is raising my matobalism too much that my normal eatin super clean isn't working very well. I'm stuck at 180 and can't get over it. I only have 8 more weeks of bulking so really need to get it done.
TweetI don't like bodyfat so I clean bulk, it's pretty standard protocol to run t3 with hgh.
