Heres the info on my 4th and back to basics type of cycle
      1-10 T Prop @ 525mg/wk EOD injects
pct and thats it just basic similar to my first one I did just prop 350mg/wk ED injects. That was by far my favorite cycle and I just think Prop is the shiot. Should be good Im slated for a Feb. 17th start and running until Apr. 27. Ive lost alot since my last cycle because I got out of lifting after losing my job (stupid way to vent my anger) so Ive been in the gym naturally since august and havent put on a single pound. Sucks but my schedule makes it tough since when I lost my job I had to go back to college so I go to school all day then work 3-11 M-F. Now nxt semester is less clases and I plan to get back up to 200lbs again.

So what is your question ? Is this a cycle journal thread or what ? Yeah Prop is some good stuff, but I can't take the pain and fukk ED or EOD shots. I'm a long ester guy.

if you've been training since august and haven't put in a single pound, evealuate what you are doing wrong as far as eating and/or training because if that isn't spot on prop ain't gonna help out all that much. it's like putting rocket fuel in a beat up pinto with flat tires.

I know my problem with working out its my time ive had very little time for sleep, workouts, and nutrition. Ive done my best with the schedule I have but you can only do so much when you go to school 8-2 then work 3-11, and study. Like I said my next semester I cut down the classes so Ill have more time and even better nutrition

You gotta do what you can with what ya got. Keep positive. That schedule is a full load for sure. You'll be burning it at both ends, but the good thing about that is it'll fly by and you'll be into next semester before ya know it. A good training session everyday will really help keep you going strong, and boost your energy. Also, you gotta do what ya gotta do to get the carbs and protein you need and you'll feel like a champ. Just pack lunches and protein shakes.
      Good luck

yeah, by that schedule you're gonna have to really try for 7 hrs of sleep. You're set if you happen to be in the lucky situation of having workout facility at school or work.
