Tweettoday starts the day of my diet. I had been on a bulker for the last 3 months and now it's time to shed some of this fat. I will be on t3 for 5 weeks clen 2 on 1 off 2 on along with 250 mg of test/week. At the end of this i will be going into the rest of my cycle which looks like this
400mg test e/week 1-12
350mg tren e/week 1-12
60mg tbol/day 1-12
50mg winni/day 9-12(maybe)
I already have my food cooked and ready for about the first three weeks maybe more,not all of it cooked of course. Right now im 6'2" 283 pounds with unknown bf. Looking to drop about 20 scale pounds and really harden up. ill try and keep this updated by the week maybe more and let you guys know how things go.

Tweetnah it's not prepared for three weeks just all bought it's prepared for about 4-5 days. Im thinking about the winni it just hits my joints so hard, but i do get real hard and strong off of it.
TweetIf its real bad I wouldnt use it .I've been using Celadrin glucosomine for joints and my knee is good to go now .I take 3 pills 500mg each and drink plenty of water .And make sure to stretch alot ha helped joint

Tweetok guys im on my 3rd week of t3 and to be at all honests it's not what i expected. I thought i would be much warmer all the time haven't really felt warm until this week. also i think that i may extend it out 2 weeks as to go to 100 and then back down. what do you guys think abotu that? I have lost about 5 pounds as of last friday tthats when i weight myself. not great but i do feel that it's all fat as my abs and everything are starting to show threw, just wish it was a little more. diet has been good with very very minimal cheating outside of my cheat meal. and cardio has been 30 min 5 times a week. can't wait to start the second phase of this one though
TweetIf you want rapid weight drop you will need 1hr of cardio 5 times a week. Going up to 100mcg of T3 is ok. Just make sure you ramp down and don't stop cold at 100mcg.

Tweet^agreed. t3 does not make you hot clen will tho. and did you have a tsh or t-4/t-3 tested b4 you started. You maybe be counter acting your natural thyroid production. If im on cycle or when i am doing the gh i may run some, but only min of like 25-50mcg for a wk or 2.
Tweeti did not have my natty levels tested but i naturally carry fat so i doubt they run very high natty.
