TweetWell im done and it sucks. the last three weeks where spent layed up cause of my back injury. I stepped on the scale yesterday and my jaw bout dropped ! I was 163.4 from 170. im sure its because I was really bummed about things, my back, missing Kempo and falling behind, ex-girlfriend, being broke, HIV and all that other crap that goes with it. I just get all withdrawn and dont eat. but im also getting ready for a competition, so I probally lost some weight training for that. funny I dont look like I lost anything, so thats good. just really moody and sad alot.
