Me and a buddy use calipers but we just pick one area (abdomin) and measure it. If the measurement goes down then we know we've lost fat. As of this morning I'm at
174.6lbs and 11.1% bodyfat.
I feel harder and look more defined than I did in the past few weeks. This is supposed to be my last week but I forgot final exams are this week so I can't hit the gym. I'll skip my dosages for this week and continue next week. I think I have enough to run for an extra week to make up for the down time. Hopefully I can actually get to around 10% bodyfat.

I got used to the pain of prop and winny together! I only got knots on my ass and not on my shoulders, legs or lats.

TweetWell the fun ended Friday. The prop and winny were very good to me! My final weight and body fat composition are 168.4lbs 10.8% body fat. I was trying to get under 10%, but I guess I reached a fat burning plateau. I'm going to continue eating clean and do cardio with the same intensity. Hopefully I can get to the single digit body fat percentage within the next couple months naturally.
