      well...I'm midway through week 5 now. I upped my dbol to 50 mg per day and ran out of nitrix...I dont' think I'll be buying anymore. I really noticed some major vascularity in my arms today at the gym. I can't wait until this equipoise really kicks in hard. I'm up to 225 and slightly higher bodyfat...no more than 17% though.

      Week 6 ended yesterday. I'm gonna extend this dbol for another week maybe 2. I'm 230 lbs today....don't really want to get any heavier, definatly gonna start leaning out from hear on out. I'm still right around 16 to 17% Body Fat.

      Alright....I'm midway through week 8. I dropped 9.5 lbs so far (water weight from the dbol) Haven't lost too much strength this week...next week will probably be a better indication of how much strenght I'll lose from dropping the dbol...but then the test and eq should be kicking hardcore by next week....so I'm not planning on losing anything more. Should be back to gaining strenght slowly by next week if all goes well. I'm at 220.5 and my goal is to get down to 210 and gain a little bit of strength in the next 4 weeks before I throw in some tren or winny. Haven't decided what I'm gonna do yet. I have some DNP that I can do as well....not sure if I should do it right before I do tren or winny or during? let me know your thoughts.

      I agree with mikey. I wouldn't do DNP! But do you know exactly how to use DNP?

      Yes, I do know how to take DNP. Trust me...I research things a great deal before I try them...especially something as dangerous as DNP. Respect things that can kill you! Anyway....nobody is going to talk me out of doing DNP...and that's not what I'm looking for, I was asking for advice on when I should use it during my cycle. I should have asked for advice from only people who have done DNP before. Think about it....if you ask someone who has never done steroids before for advice on them...they will most likely tell you not to mess with steroids and go on to tell you how dangerous they are. BUT...we all know you guys are doing them anyway. I guess what I'm saying is....don't knock it until you've tried it. If you'd done DNP before and had a really bad experience...then you have the right to knock it. Anyway...Benadryl is only necessary if you have an allergic reaction to the DNP. I've read that roughly 10% of people will have an allergic reaction to DNP...if I have the allergic reaction....I will take Benadryl and discontinue use of DNP altogether.

      Ok...midway through week 9...havne't lost any weight according to the scale but I look a lot leaner....did a caliper test the other day and came out at 13%. My bench is down a little bit from where I was with dbol....but everything else is up! I still cheat a little bit on my diet....but it's difficult not to when taking this EQ. I try to go a few days really clean and then cheat one day, then eat really clean again. It seems to be working for me so far. I'm aiming to get down to 215 and 10 - 11% before I throw in the tren or winny. I have a few weeks to go yet anyway because the eq is just kicking in, no sense in throwing anything else into the mix until I ride out the gains for awhile.

      Ok...this is the end of week 10. I'm down to 218 and a tad under 12% according to the calipers. I'm not really budging much strengthwise...lost a little bit of strength but I'm cutting...so I expected it. I'll get down below 215 before I throw anything else into the mix...I'm thinking about throwing dbol in for 4 to 5 weeks again. I just want to put some more mass on before I do the final cut to 8 or 9%, because once I get there, I probably won't want to use something like dbol again. I'll probably just stick to drugs that don't make you retain much water at that point. Anyway...let me know what you guys think of throwing dbol in again mid-cycle. I respond very well to dbol...and I will have been off of dbol for 6 weeks or more before I throw it in again.

      good progress so far..theres nothing wrong with doing dbol twice in the same cycle with a long one like yours..as long as you take a decent amount of time off as a break..i do the same thing...good luck with the rest of the cycle

      the benadryl is to prevent any allergic reaction. from what i've seen, you want to prevent an allergic reaction at all costs. bad rash can form and its not cool. so its a "better safe than sorry" type situation. take the benadryl 3-4 days before you start so you can prevent any type of allergic reaction. i took it for about 2-1/2 weeks and didn't break out. didn't use benadryl either, but i wouldn't suggest NOT using it. i think it also effects people with very fair skin. like redheads and other normally fair skinned people.
