TweetOk....today is the end of week 11. I started T3 last week and started DNP this morning. I am at 220 lbs, and 10.5% according to the calipers...I think they are off a little, but I'll go with them as a reference point anyway. my waist measurement is 33". I'm hoping to lose the 10 lbs that most people lose with DNP and drop at least an inch off the waist and get down to at least 8%. I took the DNP this morning and it's been about 5 hrs now....no change in body temp so far...my normal temp is 97.9 I'll be monitoring my body temp very closely so that I don't get too hot. I went to the grocery store today to buy some V8 and a shitload of fruit. My carbs will be increased quite a bit while I'm on the DNP. That's all for now...I'll keep you updated.
TweetTaking 200mg/day for the first 4 days to assess my tolerance....I may up it to 400mg/day for day 5 through 9 if I think I can handle it. My body temp got up to 98.4 after I ate some fruit...so maybe it's starting to work.
Tweetafter consuming a lot more carbs than normal yesterday...I weighed in at 219 today....I wasn't expecting to lose anything quite yet...I heard that you retain some water with DNP....We'll see what happens tomorrow....not really feeling extreme heat yet....my body temp was the normal 97.9 upon waking this morning and gets up to 98.4 fairly quickly when I take in some carbs.
TweetGetting night sweats yet? I guess it takes a few days for levels to accumalate in your system. I think by the 4th or 5th day you will definitely notice something!

TweetYeah...core body temp is 98.6 on average...but mine is lower than most....I run a normal body temp of 97.9
Tweetwoke up today at 98.9, that felt a little hot....but nothing too extreme. I bump it to 400mg per day tomorrow. My carbs have been insane....I'm sure that I'm holding a little bit of water now, if not from the dnp, then from the carbs alone. But they say that you can't eat too many carbs on DNP. It certainly does make you burn hotter!
TweetJust got home from the gym....221.5 lbs....so I am holding a little water, but not as much as I thought. I did a light leg day and 30 minutes of cardio...man do I feel drained!
TweetToday is day 5 of DNP....I did chest today and wasn't any weaker than last week....I will up my dose to 400mg today. I weighed in at 223....but I look leaner already, so I must be holding a good amount of water right now. I'm hoping my weight starts going down soon, I'm sure it will after today because I'll be doubling the dose and be burning hotter.
TweetHmmmm....225 today (Day 6)...I think I might cut my carbs from now on and see what that does. I would be extremely disappointed if I don't lose at least 8 lbs from this stuff. Tomorrow is my day off at the gym...so I will report back to you guys on sunday probably, hopefully I'll be under 220 by then.
TweetYeah....I feel almost as if I'm on Dbol as far as water retention goes. But I do look leaner....I managed to keep the carbs under control all day yesterday until 3am after work and we went to denny's. Man...was I miserable last night....SO HOTTTTT!
TweetDay 8 of DNP....boy do I feel slugish today! I weighed in at 222.5 lbs. Tomorrow is the last day of this stuff...I hope it was worth it.
Tweetkeep us updated up to at least 7-8 days after your discontinuance. thats when the weight drops. i'm seriously thinking of giving it another shot.
