TweetHoly shit, I go away for a little bit and look what happens. As far as my diet goes, I really wont get "fat" I promise that. My metabolism is something insane. Before I started training (about 2 years ago) I weighed 145! No matter what I eat, I burn. HOWEVER, I do completely 100% agree with you that my diet isnt sufficant for muscle growth. I am working on that right now. I have up'd my protien intake to about 200-220 grams/day. Im going broke.
