      Running test 3 weeks longer than the deca will "make up" for water loss HOW? Please post your definition of "matured muscle" because it makes no sense to me.

      Keeping gains is done through diet mainly. I am not talking about water weight, but actual gains in muscle and strength.

      Holy shit, I go away for a little bit and look what happens. As far as my diet goes, I really wont get "fat" I promise that. My metabolism is something insane. Before I started training (about 2 years ago) I weighed 145! No matter what I eat, I burn. HOWEVER, I do completely 100% agree with you that my diet isnt sufficant for muscle growth. I am working on that right now. I have up'd my protien intake to about 200-220 grams/day. Im going broke.

      prion ide still go higher than 200... at least 300..... if you know its not s ufficient for muscle growth whas the point of cycling then? I know ur struggle though I started out at 145 and 5'8'' about 4 years ago.. gaining muscle mass for me was always tough as hel. did my first cycle last year at 175. If went from 145-190 in 2 years, thats great... how long did you stay natural?

      Week Four:

      Added a 1.25 to my arms so far and Im sitting at 202 lbs. right now. Absolutely no face bloat which isnice considering I have only done cyp and deca before which made my face look like a marshmallow.

      I did my first cycle about 2 years ago and went from 145-190. Took a year off did my second and got up to 214. I then took the time off equivalent to the time on my second and started my third (now).

      The problem was that I became ill over the winter and wasnt in the gym for about 2 months (sucked) and dropped back down to 185. Got back up to 190 on my own, then started my 3rd cycle.

      If you are like me, eating even 500g of protein a week does not make much of a difference in growth while on. When I bump up the carbs and add more simple carbs, then I notice quite a difference. 200-300g protein a week should suffice.

      I agree with you on that b/c the load that the kidneys begin to take after 250g or so can be quite heavy. Even at 200g you should be drinking about 1 gallon of water a day.

      Ah, another thing not mentioned. Getting 1-2 gal of water a day is a must... even if you are "enhancing" or not...

      Week 6 coming to a end. Dbol about to stop. Dbol's pretty wicked shit, never done it before, but really like the results. Sustanon seems to be cutting me up more than bulking me. How long does sustanon need to be in the system before you really notice it?

      depending how you take ur shots really. Sustanon has prop in it which is fast acting. But if you take ur shots bi weekly you really wont get the effects from prop.

      Dbol is pretty sick. and like you, on gear I can lean up pretty well while gaining some weight. its a good thing!
