      I ONLY RECOMMEND TO USE GH IS if U WANNA STAY RIPPED AND LEAN AND NOT FOR BULKING AND GETTING PUFFY.(the off season look[/B])

      leg presses: 1215 for 6 reps......
      squats 475 for 6(half way like a normal squat...
      but now i changed my squats routine, i go down all teh way down till (almost my butt hits teh floor and can't do higher than 275 lbs, very hard)
