I have been trainging for strength and endurance until about a month ago, because I was a competitive cyclist, now I am focusing on BBing and gaining mass.

My cycle:

WK 1-5 Dbol (30mg ED)
WK 1-12 Test Enth. (400mg/wk.) - might bump up to 500mg/wk.
PCT: Nolva + Clomid

I live with a nutritionist so I have put together a eating plan that includes 4000-4500 cals a day. I am going to bump up the cals by 500 during PCT.
