      So it is the flu. Did my 3rd injection Sunday. Waited like 5 hours and check my bp. It was 136/64 with a pulse of 62, a bit higher compared to last time. I still feel hot, I'm still tired and I feel like I'm getting weaker. Couldn't do 3 sets at 275lbs for 6 on the bench. I got like 3-4. I gained 2lbs. I've been eating like 260 grams of protein per day with maybe 20grams of carbs. I've also been doing cardio. Should I be doing cardio or am I sweating the sust out of my body when I do it?

      This only my opinion, but you need way more than 20 grams of carbs a day if you want to get all you can out of the sust. This may also be why your feeling tired. Stick to whole grains (breads, pastas, and rice) and plain baked potatoes/sweet potatoes. Oatmeal is also very good for workout fuel. I try to get around 100 grams at least every day, with the majority in the earlier half of the day and then tapering down for the rest of the day. Limiting your carb intake while on AS is simply limiting your potential growth. Just my 2 cents.

      20 grams of carbs a day??? are u tryin to get ur body in ketosis? if ur lookin to grow and bulk off of this cycle u gotta eat alot more bro....alot more. what exactly are ur goals for this cycle?

      I'm taking in more than 20grams of carbs. Maybe like 60-70 grams. I'm trying to gain lean mass. I'm not looking to swell up an extra 25lbs. 10-15lbs of solid muscle is what I want. So far I gained 5lbs in the 2 weeks I've been on. I've got 8 weeks left and 10 lean lbs to go. Yesterday my manager asked me if I was on steroids. That scared me beacuse I don't want to make it very noticable. I will try to increase my caloric intake though. Should I be doing carido or no?

      I havn't cycled anything strong yet but I'm currntly runnin a 1ad cycle, and i'm also bulkin. I saw that your on only 70gm carbs/day, that sounds crazy, i'm at about 200+ gm of carbs and 400gm of protein. You have to eat to grow.

      Yeah I have increased my calories and carbs. I'm up 9lbs after 3 weeks. I cut cardio down to only 2 times a week. I haven't checked my bodyfat percentage but I look a lot leaner and my muscles feel harder than they were. I see a vein forming down he middle of my right bicep when ever I work out now. Can't wait until my final results.

      5th week: 194.4 lbs bodyfat 16.7% (Thanks to Wendy's) . I stopped trying to calculate what I ate. I just know each Classic tripple has about 1200 calaries so I get 2 of those and I still get at least 200 grams of protein. But this week I'll be on business travel and I doubt the hotel I'll be in for the next 4 days will have a decent gym with real weights. So I'll continue eating and growing! I'm getting a lot stronger. I'm worried about my gut though. I don't want it to get any bigger but there's no way I can eat clean and gain adequate mass. how long should I wait after this cycle to do a cutter cyle? 3 months? Might do Winny, Eq and clen. But then again my deca came in and I'll need to use it with something?

      Don't know what happened.
      Starting my 8th week: 193.8lbs, 16.0% bodyfat. bp: 142/75 pulse: 77. I have no clue how I lost 1 lbs. My blood pressure is way up. I'll have 2 more weeks after this week. I hope I can gain 5 solid lbs between then. I haven't been doing cardio whats so ever and I loose weight and bodyfat? I wonder if it's because I switched from eating eggs in the morning to eating high protein cereal? I hope I don't continue to loose weight. I'm a lot stronger though. 315lbs was my max bench. Now I do it 5 times with a spot. I still haven't maxed out yet though. I'm guessing I'm in the 345, 350 range.

      I wouldn't worry bout loosing weight too much as long as you're growing, it might just be water retention you're loosing!

      true!!! Even at 16% bf I'm seeing veins all over my forearms and one down my bicep. Pretty freaky looking!!!

      Thanks. If you do Sustanon don't get the brand I'm using, Loeffler Testosterona 4L-A. The injections hurt like hell and it doesn't come with a full 10ML. My first bottle only had 8.5ML and my second looks like it will make 9ML. I would get the ampules next time, that's if I can find them. When do you plan on starting?

      Yeah I was right this bottle didn't have the full 10ML. It's the start of my 9th week and I'm all out of sust. I'm 3 injections shy of a complete 10 week cycle. This lasted 8.5 weeks. Final results are 194lbs. 16.0% bodyfat. That's a gain of 13lbs with only an increase of .3% bodyfat. I was aiming for 15lbs but since I came up short on the sust I'm not too dissappointed. I've been taking Nolva and l-dex almost everyday. I will do so for another 2 weeks. I will start taking clomid next week and Andro-gel 5mg testosterone gel patch. How does that sound for PCT? My Deca came in a few weeks ago. I guess I have to wait for 20 weeks before I should start using it? But what else should I use with it? Sustanon or should I try Test Enanthate or prop? How about EQ, DECA and D-bol?
