TweetI was injured in my shoulder and chest and couldn't train for almost 8 months. Now I've been re-triaing slowly for 1 1/2 yrs and 1/2 yr full blast taking various suppliments to supprt my strenght, stress and muscle recovery. Now I'm considering of taking a cycle again like the old times i used to train (not that I am that old!!) Well I'm 25, maltese, 5"8, around 80 kg with 14% body fat (approx). My cyle would look like this:
Bulk Cycle:
Week 1-4: BDOL 8tabs per day
Week 1-10: Boldenone 250mg, Testoviron 250mg per week
Week 6-10: Proviron 25mg (just for increasing free testosterone)

PCT:
Week 11-12: Clenbuterol (max would be 80mcg)
Week 13: HCG (5000I.U spread every 6 hrs (3X)), Nolvadex 20mg
Week 14: HCG(5000I.U spread every 6 hrs (5x), Nolvadex 20mg
Week 15-16: Nolvadex 20mg, Clenbuterol (80mcg max)
Week 17-18: Nothing
Week 19-20 Clenbuterol (80mcg max)

Cutting Cycle:
Week 21-26: Propionate (50mg eod), Winstrol(50mg 3x a week)

Week 27-30: Nolvadex(20mg), Proviron(50 mg)

Testoviron 500mg every week for 10 weeks
nolvadex week 12-15 (60mg ed week one, 40 ed week two, 20mg ew week three)
week 20-30 prop (100mg eod)
nolvadex week 31-33 (60mg ed week one, 40 ed week two, 20mg ew week three)
