Doing a light cycle if of cyp (400 wk-10 wks) and Dbol @ 50 mgs ed-4 wks. Last week was a light lifting week as I am just getting back into the swing of things from being off a year due to back injury. Today is the beginning of week two so I should be able to give a better update with more detail. Starting weight of 240 lbs. @ roughly 17% bf. (6 ft. tall) Goal is to take weight down to 200 - 215 @ 7 to 10% bf while retaining lbm and muscle density.
