      20mg nolva ed or as needed

      Today was my first injection. I started to inject the Eq and the omna in the same shot but realized that it would be 4ml in one spot. In the glut I think it will be fine but decided to break it up. one in each cheek. Breaking the dbol up into several doses a day instead of all at one time (5 mg tabs). Let see how it goes. Eating as normal except uping the calories a bit. I eat clean already so there will not be much adjustments.

      two days after the omna and eq shots and damn my cheek is still sore. I think I feel some changes from the dbol but it think it is just psychosomatic and not physiological. 2nd shot of Omna is tomorrow (250mg) and i will try the quads this time.

      three weeks into the cycle and the dbol is kickin for sure. My appetite is thru the roof.I dont think the test has started to kickin' yet. Face is startin to get more oily, no acne yet. up to 217lbs.

      Today I injected my bicep. it is sore already and biceps day at the gym is in two days. Hopin' the soreness goes away before then...if not, f*** it! they will just be sore.

      stuck my other bicep today with the omna and eq. I split the two cc's up and put one in my bi and the other in my quad. Feels much better. I think the other bi is sore because when I was trying to push the plunger I moved the needle a bit.
      I noticed some white discharge from one of my nips but no itching or pain. The gyne may try to set in so I will start the nolva today.
      bench is up to 140k (300lb). ez curl up to 65k (140lbs). Face is startin to get oilier but still no acne.

      Should I up the eq to 500 or 600mg? currently running at 400mg/wk (200 sunday and 200 thursday with the omna)

      First cycle and only in your third week. Little too heavy on the doses and the sides are telling you something. I would consider lower your test to 500 and keep the EQ as is.

      i forgot to edit the first post. I just front loaded with 750mg for the first two weeks and now just running 500mgs/wk of the omna with the 400mg/wk Eq. Got lookin' NitroGenX!

      Redeyez you will like the results of your Omna cycle. That is usually what test I use. I will be starting my next this comming week 750mg Omna wk and 500 mg Deca wk. 15 week cycle. Keep us posted on your results.

      Just got back from vacation. No omna there so I used supertest 250 with prop. That was the best alternative. What do u fellas think? Will this affect my gains? Still ran the dbol during vacation. up to 220lbs.
      I am feeling some unreal pumps. It is like my muscles are about to bust out of my skin. (e.g chest day felt like the medial side of my peck was going to break my sternum in half.)
      I also am having more joint aches than normal......

      Finished the dbol. Been taking taking glucosamine for the joints. I can't tell if it is working but I will see in the next few weeks.

      NitroG...I took your advice and altered my training schedule to avoid working upper body two days consecutively....I have to give you props! My shoulder girdle is not hurting as bad. I did Chest and bi's today and no pain. Tomorrow I will do calves, hams, and heavy abs. Sunday will be shoulders and tri's.

      I have my first signs of ance...got a pimple on my shoulder but that is it. No bloating and vascularity is unreal. The gyne signs are weak and started taking nolva and they are gone. Should I keep the nolva going or can I drop and pick it up again when gyne rears its ugly again? Tell me what you think fellas!

      weighing in at 225lbs. I hoped to be about 230 now but I will keep eating like I am 230lbs. I am eating very lean and no crap...Straight whey and no weight gainer. thinking about adding a gainer to the protein...feedback?

      Strength gains are good. for example, my bench is 50-60lbs greater than my max but I am hesitant to push it much further. I think my muscles are ready but obviously the cartilage and tendons are not....noticing a few more muscle and joint strains than normal...started some glucosamine and change my training schedule to avoid working the same body section (upper/lower body) two days in a row. This is much better. Strength is actually greater with more rest days.. I even cut the number of reps and exercises per muscle group.

      Lookin to change my dosing schedule to every 3rd so that my test levels stay constant. This two days a week dosing has my test levels up and down. I would inject mon, thurs, sunday, then wednesday, saturday , etc, etc. What do you guys think? Anyone tried it like this.
