      Week two. Did my shot this morning but won't be able to hit the gym until tonight (not my daily morning routine!). Shot went much better than the first. No pain (yet), virtually no bleeding either. Can't wait to hit the weights 2nite! Also I'm going to weigh myself and get BF%. Haven't done it in a while. I'll post pics again later. I'll do side by side photos so I can really track progress.

      Glute is killin' from the shot yesterday. Tried heating to relieve pain. Worked a little. I seem to be exhausting the muscles at the gym faster than usuall. Is this normal? Tomorrow is leg day. I'll keep everyone posted.

      Near end of second week. Getting alot of notice at the gym but I was told I shouldn'e expect to see much in the way of gains until weeks 4-5. Right nipple was a little itchy the other day but has subsided. Not worth starting Nolv yet. I do feel my back getting thicker though. Looking forward to next week. I'll post pics again at weeks 5 & 6.

      250mg TEST EN; 300mg DECA. Have Nolva & Clomid for PCT and will also try Tribex 500 or Mag10.

      Starting week three! Shot today in Glute. Shots are going real smooth. No problems, no pain. Intensity is picking up in the gym but may just be psychological. I'm told the TEST en/ DECA take 3-4 weeks to kick in. So should be real soon. Good so far.

      Hit my back routine this morning. I still seem to be a little sluggish for the first day or two after my shot. Is that normal? I never lacked energy in the a.m. prior to doing a cycle. By the third day I'm usually back to full speed. I never feel sick just a little sluggish. Nothing a good energy drink or supplement doesn't cure. Any input on this? I've heard of something called TEST flu. What is that?

      I've had great workouts all week. Finally took a day off today. Wife had an early morning appointment. Starting to gain some weight. Up to 203lbs. Will need help shedding some fat later

      I was going to wait until weeks 5 or 6 to post a pic but ah what the hell. A little progress anyway...

      Started week five!!! Feeling strong this week!!! Noticed my legs are begining to improve much! Slight pain in shoulder this week so I skipped my shoulder routine. Throwing a football too much over Memorial Day weekend. Sucks getting older! And I'm only 31!
      Looking forward to week 6!
