Tweetgreat thread! im thinking of a similar 1st cycle keep us posted on how much you can retain! good job
TweetThe last few entries were lost because of that mishap with the board and I don't have the patience to re-type them. Nothing overly significant happened in the last few weeks anyways. Ok, here's a brief synopsis of my experiences on my first cycle:
Starting Weight and Body Composition: 160-165, 13% BF
Ending Weight and Body Compositon: 178-183, 10% BF
Given the goals I had prior to the cycle, I'm very impressed. I wasn't looking to blow up, and I ended up gaining a solid 15lbs (at least). I'm not very bloated at all, and I'm looking rather lean. I can't wait until my next cycle .
Props:
Strength gains
Size gains (they seemed to conveniently come in all my lagging areas)
Slops:
D-bol (wasn't very impressed with this stuff)
Acne (got a few nasty bad boys on my back)
Calf pumps (ouch!)
Sleeplessness (Nolvadex before bed had something to do with this)
Overall, it was a very positive experience. I hope this helps out any future 1st timers.

TweetSounds good for sure. But u should consider, on ur main lifts such as bench, choose a weight ull do 4 sets with that ull get about 6 no more than 8 on ur first set. Then the following three could go 5-4-3 or 5-5-4 ect.
I do 4 sets of bench as well, lifting as hard as I can each rep making sure im using heavy enuff weight so I get about 6 on my first set. This has worked well for me, as I have done both 2-4 rep super heavy training, and 10-20 rep cutting. U could always throw in a set or 2 to do the higher rep count.
But thats how u teach ur body to really grow. And the next week u hit bench for example, throw on 21/2's or fives, and see if u can get 6 again and the following sets ect. Then do it again. Before u know it ur still doing 6 reps but ur using 250 instead of 205, trust me Every time u add more weight and shoot for the same or even more reps, a little switch goes off in ur body telling ur muscles they need to adapt to the extra pressure added and it just keeps going
Plus it will shock ur muscles into growth. Keep this in mind for ur next cycle. Congrats on the gains.
"I want to be so big, that I can get a pump from doing shrugs with just the weight of my arms"
Tweetlooks good for a first looks allot like my first which I regret I feel I could have done more
TweetOk, I'm 3 weeks into PCT and my weight has stabilized at 175. The water bloat is gone entirely and I'm really pleased with the current state of my physique.
Although I've lost appx. 5lbs (probably mostly water), I haven't lost any strength at all. My bench is still as strong as it was when I was on.
Lich: I hear you bro. I am going to try your approach the next 3 times I train bench, and see how it feels.
Tweethey bro we are in the same boat, i have been off like 3.5 weeks and lost like 4 pounds and my dick is still alive, i think its mental, i just think that im off but im on all this other shit so it evens out, and with my junk i try and think that the tribex and nolva will fight it off so i dont worry about it, keep the protein intake, and cals real high, you can always cut later. i know how you feel every day stepping on that scale so afraid that it is going to say im under 180. anyway good job bro and i hope everythings works out for you.
