start of week 7 and i am up to 197lbs, i took my first bicep inject, now i'm wondering if that was a good idea, lol, i am only up 3lbs from last week but i think that is pretty good considering i do 1 hour of cardio 5 days a week

Tweetits just one of those things, i have to be in shape, cardio is a big part of my everyday lifestyle a year ago i weighed about 240lbs of nothing but fat, i have been lifting for the last 8 years but my diet sucked and i ate McDonalds everyday and it just got out of hand, before i started this cycle i was all the way down to 175lbs i felt way to skinny, and i guess i am just used to getting up everyday and doing my cardio but i will cut back to see if it helps
