My arms are up an inch!!! A FULL INCH!!! I bet most is water, but who cares, they're bigger!!! I am 196 today (+11lbs.)
Yesterday I thought it might be a good idea to try and take one 10mg dbol cap at 7AM then take two at 4PM an hour before my leg workout. Well the workout was great, good gains in strength and stuff, but afterwards I was having mad back pumps. I didn't mind them at first, but at around 10PM I went out to walk my dog and could barely keep straight. SOOO, I think I'm gonna stick to splitting them up into 3 seprate doses, cause back pumps suck!!
