Day 1 of 16 weeks
-Did a glute inject of 325 mg of Test E last night, surprisingly no soreness
-So far I have ingested about 2500 calories and 40mgs D-bol
-Good shoulder/calf/forearm workout this morning

Day Three
So far all going well.
-Injected 500mg QV EV, 250mg in each bicep last night. They look so big now.
-Day three on the d-bol still really haven't felt anything yet other than i feel like i have a slight fever and a a couple of headaches through out the day.
-Worked out bi's, tri's, and abs this morning gave about 90% at the gym today.
-Tomorrow's Workout: Back

-Back workout went ok i could have pushed it harder than i did.:no:
-injected 375mg of qv test E in my right glute does not hurt to bad today.
-also been doing good with the d-bol
