TweetHey bros I'm gonna be starting my M1t 4AD stack tomm. and looking to keep a log for it to help others who might be interest with the results. A little info Im 22, 6'0 242lbs. Roughly 16% b/f. I've done 3 cycles in the the past 20 months. My previous cycles all included either enanthate or sustanon and my last one was 6 months ago with 1000mg of sust. a week for 8wks. Alright enough of the boring stuff. Here's the cycle
wks 1-2=M1T 20mg ed
wks 1-2= 500mg 4AD ed
wks1-4= 25mg ephedra
wks3-4= clomid+tribulus+milk thistle
wks 5-8= Repeat above.
Stats=
bench= 315x5
squat= 405x4
deadlift=405x8
Workout routine Day 1= Chest, Day 2= Legs+Abs, Day 3=bi's+tri's+cardio
day 4= off, day 5= shoulders+cardio, day 6= back, day 7= off.
Pretty clean diet I do have one cheat day for my chinese other than that its mostly chicken,steak,chicken,fish,chicken.
Any ?'s few free to ask, any suggestions Im always open too.

1st Day- Chest

Took 10mg @ 9:30 along with 250mg of 4AD.
Took my 25mg of ephedra @2:00.
Food wise I ate good up until lunch when I had a chinese buffet but it was my cheat day for the week.
Went to workout @ 4:30.The workout was great considering only 6hrs. of sleep. Really good pump.
Will be taking another 10mg and 250mg of 4AD around 7:30
Also took my usual gluceroll R and HMB before meals.
Tomm. is leg day so I'll post tomm. on how its going.

Took 10mg+250mg 4AD @ 10:00
Had lunch at Ryans after church. A couple steaks. Not bad.Overall diet today was good.
Got a little tired feeling in the afternoon and could tell I was a little more cranky than usual. Went to the gym and hit the legs pretty good. Got a good burn but not like people have mentioned. I have felt a little stronger trying for that extra 1-2 reps @ the end of a set. Tomm. I'll do shoulders instead of Bi's+Tri's. Also I'll be taking the other 10mg and 250 mg 4AD in a few minutes.

Took 10mg+250mg 4AD @ 10am. Had a good breakfast.
Took the 25mg of ephedra @ 12:00 and went to workout around 12:30. Had another good burn today shoulders felt really tight after I was finished. I did hurt my back a bit on shrugs but I'll see how it feels tomm. something diff. today occured. I had really bad stomach cramps around 3 and has been asting all night. We'll see how that progress. I took the other 10mg+250mg 4Ad @ 8pm.
Tomm. I'll be doing a little cardio. diet overall has been good trying to get @ least 3000 calories and 200g of protein.

weight-246lbs @ noon.
Took 10mg and 250mg 4AD @ 9am. Went to do some cardio but my back was still stiff and hurting from yest. I ran 2 miles and a little bike work and thats all I could muster out. Today I got more of the sides than ever before. The lethargy was more evident along with the headaches and stomach cramps. It wasn't unbearable but it was enough to cause a discomfort. I am looking a little more leaner meaning my body is tighter than before. When I flex theres a little more definition there. I took the other 10mg and 250mg @ 8pm. I'll be doing bi+tri tomm.

Today I took the 10mg and 250mg a little later around 10:30am this morning. I took my 25mg of ephedra around 2:30. Went to the gym @ 4:00 and decided to start out with a little bench warmup. I try and bench twice a week. So I got a few sets in and felt pretty good and decided to max out. Well I maxed out @ 385x1. I was damn near impressed considering my previous before the cycle was 365. I once did 420 but that was last yr on my duratest cycle. Todays workout was awesome. Everything felt lighter than usual and I got a few extra reps in.Bi's and tri's feel really tight, I can barely reach over and touch the back of my neck. I'll be taking the other 10mg and 250mg around 8pm tonight. I'll be taking the day off tomm. and get back fri. with a back workout.

TweetOh yeah the back pain wan't factor today nor was the headaches. Lethargy was still noticable but I got up and moving.

Tweetyo g*b y do you take your second dose of m1t at 8PM ?? you should move it way befor you nighttime it might help you lethargy

weight= 247 @ 5p.m.
I took the usual around 9am anf the 25mg of ephedra @ 2:30
Went to the gym @ around 5pm. Had a great chest workout got 385 again. I wanted to see if it was a fluke last time.All lifts were higher than last week. Everything seems to be fine so far. Stomach cramps are gone, no headaches, little lethargy. I ready for week 2.

TweetUpdate its been a week since I last posted.Heres whats been going on. I got sick on mon. and didn't workout for over a week. I continued my cycle though. I started pct on Sat. with 300mg of clomid followed by 6 days @200mg and 7 days@100mg.Today is my 3rd day on pct.
I did chest today.Weighed in @ 246 lost some weight from being sick,but I got up to 250 before. Got a really good workout but Im guessing taking a week off helped too. I got up to 335x5 on bench so the strength is still there for now. I'll also be taking 1000mg of milk thistle and 600mg of tribulus while on the pct. Now that I feel better, I'll be keeping a little better track but not ed while on pct. I'll check back every couple of days and let you guys know whats up. Thanx for listening/reading

Tweetwhy are you only taking 600mg of trib? i take minimum 1500(2 caps 750mg each)
