Tweetwell start of week 3 i got back pumps from hell its hard to walk.i weigh in tuesday ill post my weight then.i put 20 lbs on my bech so far and 50 on the squat rack .feeling strong and hungry the igf- seems to be keeping me lean even with a 6500 cal diet
